These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.gutheory.se and constitute an agreement between you ("the customer") and Gutheory AB (Company Registration No. 559584-8754), Gävlegatan 32, 113 65 Stockholm, Sweden.
Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products.
A binding agreement is formed only once we have accepted your order and sent you an order confirmation by email.
To shop with Gutheory, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if, for example:
- A product is out of stock

- Payment cannot be authorised
- We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
